Patients feel comfortable and well-cared for, with appointments conducted at a relaxed pace, allowing for informed discussions about skin conditions and treatments.
This was my first time there. There were a lot of patients, but things seem to move along good. I filled out paperwork was taken into a room, evaluate it for my problem and seen by a physicians assistant. She was nice. She was knowledgeable. Explain things gave me a treatment choice. Told me to get in touch if I needed to and we’ll see me in a few weeks. I was very satisfied with my visit. And will return and keep them as my dermatology.
Dr. Liu was very informative, yet still spoke in terms I would understand. The only drawback I could see was that it took me 3 months to get in, but I hear that isn’t too bad compared to some offices.
