Went in for a blood test without an appointment & was taken within 10 minutes & the nurse administering the blood test was very kind and friendly and very professional. One time with the needle & we were done. As painless as can be for that type of test. She did an excellent job . . . ? ?

I can't say enough good things. They are all truly amazing here. From check-in to leaving. I accompanied my husband and was just in awe of the customer service and bedside manner. Carrie was our nurse and I loved her so much, I would welcome her to any family dinner we have. Seriously. Justin was working the front and was so kind. I thought I left my debit card and called back. He had me on hold while he checked. This sweet man came back and even checked in the GARBAGE! So grateful for them. It was actually in my truck door. I've brought my family here for 3 years and I've only ever been treated kindly and competently. I have always left with clear instructions on what to do and when to follow up. I always get an appointment online so I don't experience long waits. The online system sends reminders and updates if there a delay on my appointment. This is by far the best urgent care in the area.
