RC Mechanical provides amazing customer service and excellent prices. They quickly responded when a customer's furnace died in cold weather, installing a new unit promptly. Another customer appreciated their quick service when setting up a smart thermometer. The owner answered a late-night call and came out to fix the furnace within 30 minutes, with reasonable prices. Randall was available right away to service the AC and gave an honest opinion at a very reasonable price, and will not be used by anyone else again for AC and Furnace. Randy is programmed in the phone as the go-to for anything in the future.
I cannot recommend Randy from RC Mechanical enough!! Not only did he answer my call after 10 PM on a Saturday night, but he was patient, looked at my videos and diagnosed the issue. When our furnace totally stopped working early in the morning on a Sunday, he came right out! It was fixed within an hour. His prices are fair and his service is unmatched. I highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs. We will be using him from this point on. Total lifesaver on this bitter cold winter day.
I called RC Mechanical based on a referral. I called the number at 9:41pm expecting a voice mail, but the owner answered. I told him what was going on with my furnace and he asked me to send him some pics. I sent him the pics along with my address to show him i was local. Long story short, he came out 30 min later and fixed the furnace. It did not take him long and his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone emergency or not.
My furnace stopped working at around 8pm and on one of the coldest nights so far this year. My sister told me about R.C. Mechanical. I called and Randy immediately answered and was over my house within a half hour. Our furnace was up and running that night and he is also very reasonable on cost. He is programmed in my phone and our go-to now for anything in the future. 5/5 stars from me. Thanks again, Randy!!
