I dropped off some suits for dry cleaning and requested the jacket lapels be hard creased as they had obviously lost most of the existing crease. When I asked if this would be done I was told that it would be, but no specific instructions were noted on my items by the employee. When I returned to pick the suits up, the lapels were not hard creased. A different employee then took the time to let me try on the jackets and she marked my request appropriately. My daughter's uniform smelled so bad and Model cleaners did such a great job, not only making the smell go away but had it back to us in a few days.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I dropped off 2 pairs of scrub pants to be altered a couple of weeks ago. I was new to the area and Model Cleaners. The lady that helped me the day I dropped them off was very helpful and friendly. She informed me that my pants would take about a week and that I would receive a phone call from someone once they were done. Three weeks went by until I called in to check on them. The lady that answered the phone (who was different from the first one that helped me) was very rude. She asked me two different times if I made sure I called the right store before even looking me up in their computer system.
