AHN Primary Care - Family Med Associates at H+W Pavilion Bethel Park

Doctor Schwab refused to submit into my insurance for an mri and demanded I do 6 weeks of therapy even though the insurance company told me he submits for the mri with the medical records for my back and they make the determination. Of course he wrote a prescription for me to go to an AHN rehabilitation clinic and they called within an hour to set something up! Possibly waist insurance money, my money and time to spend money in AHN. I guess he knows best !!
