I've been going to Dr. Goddard for my eye exams, contacts and glasses for over 25 years! Along with being an excellent optometrist, he is kind and caring and listens to any concerns that you may have. When I became a mom and my children needed eye exams, I didn't hesitate to make them patients as well! My kids love going there and are always excited to pick out new glasses each year from their extensive collection of choices they have in their office. When my husband & I moved to the Downingtown area, we needed a family eye doctor. We selected Dr. Mark Goddard and his Family Eye Care business because of Dr. Goddard’s experience and his convenient location to our home in the Downingtown/Exton area. Although we made this choice over 25 years ago, both my husband & I, along with our two children who are now adults, still visit Dr. Goddard today. I am a new patient at this practice. I had an appointment with Dr. Suzanne Smith, O.D. on Weds. Nov 20. I received excellent care. Dr Smith was extremely thorough, knowlegable and patient. She clearly explained every step of the exam and subsequent diagnosis. The office staff and techs were also top-notch - very skilled at their jobs and very accommodating and friendly. I will continue to use Focus Eye Group and Dr. Smith because of the excellent care I received.
