Today 1/11/25 our heat went out. I called in to the emergency number and two hours later we have heat again. The tech was great, not even bothered by my dog greeting him as he came out of the basement. Thank you for the great service.
On one of the coldest days of winter so far, we our furnace had unexpectedly shut off. Unfortunately it was after hours but I was able to leave a message. (The option for an emergency line is available but we chose to stick it out). We received a phone call bright and early the next morning from the kindest voice. Sarah was able to get us on the schedule immediately. Collin and Logan showed up exactly when we were told they would be there. Pleasant, professional and willing to answer any questions being thrown at them. Before they left, they made sure the furnace was up and running. A few hours later we had a couple questions, but instead of telling us they closed in half an hour they came back to the house and checked the unit one more time. We are so incredibly thankful for the team at Total HVAC. We understand when it gets cold - it gets busy. But these people know what they are doing and treat you with the utmost respect, even with a packed schedule. Our area needed a company like this. Highly recommended!
