I inadvertently deleted a 40-page Word file from a thumb drive. I spent the next 2.5 hours attempting to recover it myself. A friend recommended Rob. When I dropped off my laptop, he politely told me not to get my hopes up. Since I tried unsuccessfully twice to recover the file, he said I weakened his chances of getting it back. But guess what! HE DID IT! He retrieved the entire document. I told him he was a genius. Besides competent, he offers helpful advice and is very nice. Five stars, Rob! Thank you!

These guys do HONEST business and I really appreciated that when I went there on Oct 2nd. I recommend these folks to anyone who has computer issues. So don't wait, call and make an appointment! They are reasonably priced, and they get things done as fast as they can. Just had a hard drive transferred to a new laptop that I picked up October 17th. 5 stars all day long.

I went to rob to help get my pc fixed and rebuilt, he did an amazing job helping me understand and explain everything i did wrong and how he was going to fix it. He kept me updated everytime he was working on something and let me know if anything was wrong. Id suggest rob to anyone who needs computer help he is fantastic at what he does.
