The lady at another title and tag was not happy when we walked in 30 minutes till closing. She refused to give us service and got very pissy with us. She then told us P&B didn't have license plates, boy was she wrong. Not only did P&B have a license plate, she also finished the whole process in 5 minutes, and is dishing out some serious pizza with a killer dough. Best notary ive ever been too. Gotta try the pizza.
