Don’t you dare walk in there without an appointment. The front window says walk-ins welcome, so I walked in hoping to browse their sunglasses. Didn’t need help or anything. Lady in the front became flustered that I didn’t have an appointment and stated one was needed to look. I explained I had a prescription and I could come back to make an appointment but I want to browse first. She flailed her arms and got upset and said “fine go, go ahead”. I’m not going toWaste their time nor mine scheduling an appointment to browse sunglasses. Never again ...No way...Ever.Again.Dont go get ripped off..The Dr.Rude Everyone Rude...Should get a Lawyer !!!!!Totally not Happy...Bad .Bad ..Place.All they do is eat Donuts.!!!!
Customer service is terrible. They were very rude and unwilling to look into my insurance. They took our insurance but refused to use my husband's information even tho he was the primary card holder.
