Excellent eye doctor. The ladies that run the store are pleasant and very very smart. They're not pushy or impatient. They are very honest and are experienced. My only concern is that whoever makes the glasses and shipping is quite a long wait. I understand 1 to 3 weeks for processing, but 5 weeks waiting on my new glasses and still dont have them, is quite a long time.
Thankfully Erika contacted me, explained what happened to my glasses and had me come back right away, and pick another frame to replace the frame that was unavailable. Erika was so pleasant and was extremely helpful picking out a frame.

This was my first time visiting the Berwick office. I was a patient at the Hazleton office for years before they closed, so I was a bit nervous about going. But guess what? The staff at the Berwick office were just as friendly and helpful as the ones I was used to. They even helped me pick out glasses that looked great on me and made sure I got the best deal. Thank you!

I was going to the Hazleton location before they merged with Berwick. Had my frames break on me after the merge so I called about getting a new pair and paying out of pocket for them. Was told it could be done and someone would call me later in the day. Nothing ever happened!
