Legitimate martial arts/grappling instruction offered by a very fun, respectful and highly skilled group of guys. It’s the only place in the area offering even remotely close to what they’re offering.

We are undoubtably the premier martial arts facility in the area. @theshop_814 is an emerging club led by PIAA state champions, PIAA state medalists, Fargo National Champions, USA World Team Members, & an array of NCAA collegiate wrestlers. Our current wrestling club coaches are Taylor Cahill, Tanner Cahill, Toby Cahill, *National Wrestling HOF member* Gavin Teasdale, Austin Lee, & Tristen Pugh. The Shop provides Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, NoGi Grappling, & MMA instruction from current amateur and professional fighters, USA Grappling World Team Members Tanner Cahill *71kg* & Gavin Teasdale *62kg*, along with instruction from Rich Roby *IBJJF Pan NoGi Runner Up & Pro Grappler* All Ages & Skill Levels Welcome!
