We had Sam Wexler Plumbing come out to our office in Montgomery County a few weeks ago for a clogged bathroom sink which gurgled every time the toilet was flushed.
It took the technician Matt, a couple of hours to get our problem resolved. He never gave up and did one hell of a job. This is the first time we used Sam Wexler and now they are back at our office to replace our hose hook up out front of the office. I have been using Sam Wexler Plumbing for years and they continue to do an excellent job. Gabe recently did work in my bathroom. He was on time, efficient, friendly, and professional. Couldn't ask for better service.
So, as a landlord that lives far out of the Delaware Valley these days, but still owns a property in Philly, my experience with Sam Wexler Plumbing was a bit of a mixed bag all in all.
On one hand, they were fast enough (next day service), and seemed to do a good job from what I seen in the photos sent to me by my tenant after the work, and from what my tenant told me after the work was done.
On the other hand, the front office people who answer the phones told me I would get a copy of the receipt via Email, and the confirmation number, or whatever it was called via text message.
