Honest, fair but had to call for status of warranty service for my Lenovo laptop. Friendly, helpful people. Even recommended two great places to eat. P.S. In reply to response by owner: Please thank your tech who logged a minor repair glitch in the customer-readable service notes. Extra points for transparency!

Everyone I spoke with were extremely professional, courteous and kind. They helped me clearly understand the issue with my MacBook. Although my Mac could not be repaired on account of a dead hard drive and the age of it, they were respectful of my wishes for the action taken with my Mac.I would definitely go here again for technological support and would recommend to anyone!
