Everyone I spoke with were extremely professional, courteous and kind. They helped me clearly understand the issue with my MacBook. Although my Mac could not be repaired on account of a dead hard drive and the age of it, they were respectful of my wishes for the action taken with my Mac.I would definitely go here again for technological support and would recommend to anyone!
