From first contact with the office through Elliot completing the work, very good experience. Elliot is knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. Water problems in our basement was one of the things hanging over our heads since we bought our house, and Elliot has helped to defeat that worry for us. It helps that Elliot also goes above and beyond to do other related things to the basement. He and his crew poured a new patio since it was determined the old patio contributed to the water problems. We also have plans to have him work on refinishing the basement as the next phase of our plan.
