“The Best dentist! I even moved - and traveled back to the area to keep coming here. They’re friendly, fast, gentile, thorough and honest. I haven’t had a single cavity since becoming a patient over 5 years ago. The previous owner was amazing and Dr. Suh has maintained the same level of integrity since taking over a few years ago.

Before I came here, another dentists in the area told me I had 9 cavities. I don’t drink sugary drinks, I floss almost everyday and brush regularly. Presently, there are a few spots they’re keeping an eye on, but won’t drill into teeth unnecessarily. We get one set of adult teeth and they’re worth protecting!

“This is the only dentist office that I have consistently patronized and will continue to in the future all because they have empathy for those with extremely high pain tolerances. Combine tolerances with anxiety, there is NO way I would keep my annual visits and cleanings up to date without their “cater to cowards” services.

“So let me start by saying I've had a cracked tooth for over a year plus use to go to Philadelphia Mills dental went last October 2024 to get tooth extracted as they confirmed it was cracked.

Dr said they rather try and save the tooth instead of extracted it as I asked and said my insurance should approve it due to my health issues so for about 3 -4 months ive heard nothing from them about it being approved called to get help but constantly got put on hold for long times.

So fast forward to now I got a paper in my box a box Urban dental called made an appointment was super quick went in last Tuesday had my X-rays done by a lovely and polite woman.

Spoke with doctor said it was cracked and infected prescribed me medication and went up front to make my appointment with the lovely and friendly receptionist for the tooth extraction was able to get an appointment on Monday the doctor did everything fantastic I suffer from high blood pressure so they took precaution and took my blood pressure a couple of times which made me super comfortable with the level of care by this office.

The doctor was lovely and fantastic and friendly when I got teeth pulled in the past they would normally have to shoot me up twice with the numbing medication nope not here the Doctor did it once I felt no pain she got that tooth extracted and I'm so happy.

This is by far my best experience at the dentist in my 37 years of living.

Unlike Philadelphia Mills dental in which I hate to bash but they seemed to only care about trying to get more money from my insurance instead of just extracting the tooth as I asked.

Urban dental extracted the tooth got paper work for insurance in super quick appointment time quick and level of care fantastic.

Safe to say this is my new dentist office.
