Just got a haircut here and it looks pretty good, but I feel like I waited a bit longer than I expected. The vibe is chill and the barbers are nice, so I might give it another shot next time.
The owner personally reached out, apologized and refunded me. The customer service especially from the owner was handled very professionally. The issue was acknowledged, resolved and feedback was taken seriously. I appreciate the way this was handled and have no further complaints.
Mon at Catch a Fade is my goto barber. He always takes his time to make sure I leave with the exact cut I want, and we always have great conversations while I’m in the chair. The other barbers in the shop are always respectful and professional too. Just make sure you have an appointment, Mon stays busy for a reason. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean cut and good people.
