I could not be more happy with the service AmeriSpec provided for me. my inspector (David) met us at the location on time, explained the entire process, and thoroughly took his time looking over the home. Upon finding issues with the home, David would explain in laymens terms why it is an issue. I had a written report of the findings within hours of the inspection concluding and had the option to call David if I had any questions on the report. In addition, I was a provided a virtual binder so that I would be able to track any fixes / improvements done to the home going forward. I'm a customer for life due to the professionalism David demonstrated.

The inspection services provided by Dave from Amerispec were very thorough. I am a first time home buyer and as one can imagine, the process can be a bit overwhelming coupled with exciting.
