Dr. Byrne spends time with the patient, listens closely, answers questions, and provides supplemental material to help educate the client. The time and attention Dr. Byrnes spends with the patient and his thoroughness is appreciated. The fact that staff members have a long history with the practice and seem to know the patients and clients by name is nice as well.
My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at AESCA in Bensalem. Dr. Byrne, Kelly, and Lindsey are all extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring individuals. We rescued Olaf (our handsome, proud, regal Tabby) when he was 5 years old. Olaf came to us with skin and nail issues. After ruling out possible dietary causes he underwent allergy testing which showed positive reactions to environmental allergens. Surgical removal and biopsies of his dewclaws showed that Olaf also has an autoimmune disorder. Unfortunately, both of these conditions will require ongoing medical evaluations and treatments. FORTUNATELY, Dr. Byrne, Kelly, and Lindsey are the medical team that will see us through this. While maintaining the right amount of professionalism they have answered multiple questions and have allowed us to be "crazy cat parents". They never make us feel like our questions are unwelcome. They are kind and gentle with Olaf. We trust them with our baby! We would highly recommend this wonderful team!
