Let me just first say that ABC Construction Co., Inc. has experienced a remarkable transformation after a change in management in 2021. It's very apparent that management has shifted dramatically, replacing negativity and poor practices with a renewed sense of purpose and integrity. The current leadership team has fostered an environment of respect, collaboration, and positivity that resonates through every level of the company. I had the opportunity to collaborate with ABC Construction Co., Inc. on a recent project, and I've gotta say, their team's professionalism and expertise are unmatched in Philly. Since their inception in '95, they've evolved into a full-service construction juggernaut, expertly handling everything from site preparation to complex utilities. It's a night-and-day difference that has not only improved morale among the staff but also elevated the quality of service provided to clients. The company's commitment to excellence is now more palpable than ever, proving that a change in management can indeed turn the tide and set a company on the path to success. On the ground, Mike and Joey brought the plans to life with seamless execution, displaying a depth of knowledge that can only come from seasoned pros. And when it came to customer service, Cyvae, our assistant, was the epitome of politeness and efficiency - always ready to assist with a smile and a solution. In the realm of management, Jeff, Deshawn, and Yoon shine brightly. Their strategic leadership and insightful decision-making ensured our project's success without a hitch. Their approach to safety and quality is rigorous, and their ability to steer the project with adept management skills truly impressed me. A special shout-out to Cary in trucking dispatch, the accounting team with Jen, Kerry & Kelly, and everyone getting their hands dirty for the greater good in the shop! Their meticulous work in the back office is a cornerstone of ABC Construction's reliability and trustworthiness. Under the esteemed leadership of Kim, the president, and her daughters, Olivia and Brittany, the company has not only flourished but has also embodied the values of family and community. Their collective contributions have undoubtedly been a driving force behind the company's continued growth and respected reputation in the industry. Wow..just when you think customer service is dead..we had great need for 2 jobs to be done at the north east airport..after several contractors who swore it was no problem..never returning our calls..no updates nothing..i called abc..they not only expierenced in airport quality work,..they drew up the plans and ideas on the spot and with our ok,they where out here in 48 hrs with there equipment..did a flawless job on time,did not interupt daily opetations and had a very clean and polite crew..at the end..the job looked amazing and not 1 pebble or stone out of place...clean and goodbye.cant ask for more out of a buisness like theres..thanks again to all the crew members...read full review
