Shoddy workmanship skipping many basic elements of waterproofing like improper installation of membranes/building wrap, flashing, and weep holes. Too many more errors to list. These hidden shortcuts will cost the customer a lot of money. If you can't see it, there was a good chance the construction was performed incorrectly. We tried contacting them to make repairs at the onset years ago and they never repaired a thing. Now we will need to spend millions fixing their improper construction.
