Steph was an absolute sweetheart! She was very caring about how I felt during the whole process. I couldn’t recommend her more because she truly takes pride in her work and wants everything to be perfect for you. She has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a shop! Very good atmosphere and vibes from her! Whenever I get pierced I’m going back to her.

Recently, I went to Stephanie for a new piercing. I have had many piercings done over the years so I’m familiar with the process in general. Stephanie took the time to explain every single step and movement she made! She is by far the best piercer I have ever had and I will definitely be back for more!
