We had a broken pipe that caused water damage and mold in our home, Mike and Brian at Rainbow International Restoration were amazing through the entire process. They came out on a Saturday when we really needed help and immediately got to work. From the start, they went above and beyond.
One thing we especially appreciated was how they came back out when our insurance adjuster was here to help walk through everything and make sure the damage was fully understood. That took a lot of stress off of us.

We had a mold issue in our laundry room and Rainbow came and addressed it. The mold was behind our water heater and softener and during the treatment process there was a little hiccup with the piping leaking a little (not their fault) but they were thorough to make sure the issue was addressed.
A few months later we noticed some discoloration again in the area that had been treated. We called Rainbow and they said this was normal and likely from the cleaner they used (so not mold) but will treat it again just to be sure at no cost.
Rainbow was great to work with and gave lots of advice to prevent future issues. Highly recommend!
We had hired them to do a complete cleaning of our homes carpeting. The crew had done such an efficient and thorough cleaning that removed 4 years of dirt, coffee, and pet stains that they had looked better than when they were first installed. They had treated my wife with respect and were very professional with conducting their business!
