Rainbow International has been a fantastic company to work with during this unfortunate issue with the basement getting water damage. The staff were helpful and actually communicated with me. They called after normal working hours to update me on when they would arrive to take care of my damaged property. I was not expecting a phone call after 6PM on a Friday evening, but they called around 8pm to provide an update. I’m guessing that was the end of their workday. On the scheduled day for them to arrive, they were a few minutes early and ready to work. I highly recommend using this company.

I’m grateful for the help I received from Rainbow Restoration. Jaidyn originally referred me to them several months ago when I had an emergency flooding issue in my lower level. At that time, their technician took the time to check the humidity and moisture levels before the new flooring was installed, which gave me confidence the area had been properly assessed.

After returning from a two-week trip, I noticed the laminate flooring in the lower level was lifting/buckling and was concerned there might be a moisture issue. My insurance company recommended having a contractor or plumber evaluate it before moving forward with a claim, so I reached out to Rainbow Restoration.

Very pleased with the quality of service. They arrived on time, thoroughly explained the process involved in cleaning blood, and did GREAT WORK. They provided assistance with my homeowner's insurance claim process. I highly recommend them.
