Front end service was good and the dr was good. But the girl who does the tests wasn't very nice. Wasn't very customer service like. Could be better. What i did like was how fast I got in on my scheduled appointment.
My family and I adore the doctors and eye-techs at this Walmart Vision! Everyone is always so courteous and helpful. Fast service. Every visit is a pleasant one, and I can’t recommend enough!
PS - the negative reviews mostly seem to be personal issues or problems that are out of the hands of the staff. Businesses get busy, insurances are fickle, and the customers are never always right 😉
This is the most wonderful place I have ever been for eyeglasses. I’ve been having issues getting the correct pair and Dr. Bellissimo and his team of opticians are AMAZING PEOPLE!!
