Dr James and Sarah are a joy to work with, and I've never left the office feeling disappointed as if progress hadn't been made.
Everything from sleeping weird and waking up sore, to my neck locking up out of nowhere, or even smacking my head on the basement steps and everything getting crunched, almost like a vertical whiplash. Everything was taken care of over the course of a few sessions, and each one netted a positive improvement in range of motion and/or just general comfort.

Very friendly staff, and targets the parts of your body that are bothering you the most. Makes you feel very welcomed and always friendly and works well around schedules for appointments.
