Erica was the best and I'll never use anyone else! Me and my husband filed jointly for the first time this past year so we used erica so everything was done right! The irs ended up holding our taxes bc of errors on my husband's taxes at the fault of his employer! Erica went above and beyond to get us our money. She contacted a congressmen and they jointly got us our money so fast. I know someone who has been waiting since January and Still hasn't even gotten an update from the IRS and we already got our full payment including our interest from being held!!
