What a great office this is…I have been a patient for 12 years now -my mother in law is now a pt as well she has Alzheimer’s and let me tell you dr Munn and Bobbi are soooo good to her and treat her with such great care…the insurance coordinator Carri even took the time to check into different insurance companies just to make sure she did not have dental insurance before charging her. Brenda the lady at the checkout desk was so polite and kind and talked to my MIL and that just made her day!! Thank you all so much for being such an amazing dental office and for taking such good care of us…. Def 5 stars and I would recommend this place !!!
This is a great place! The front desk girls are always so friendly and helpful. Finding appointments for me and helping with paperwork. The girl that does the insurance did her very best to find my coverage and assist me with ways to help pay the remainder. My spouse has Alzheimer’s and they treat him with nothing but kindness and respect. I would give 10 stars if possible! Excellent staff
For starters, ignore the negative reviews. If you want to go to an honest dental practice, come here. My mom has been a patient here for over thirty years, and I have been a patient here for close to ten years I think. Dr. Eric Ober is excellent. He is smart and honest. Honesty is so important in a dentist. He does not make up unnecessary work. For a short time, this practice was not taking my insurance, so I went elsewhere, closer to where I live. So almost a year ago, I had an appt with a large dental practice in Upper St. Clair, and the dentist there told me that I had two cavities and wanted to file down some of my teeth because he thought that would help… read full review
