Well, to start with my experience has been sort of a nightmare. I had a combi natural gas boiler installed about 5 years ago. To begin with they removed my old oil furnace and they said that they would be back in a week “it’s deer season”? Now 5 years later I have spent more than $1000.00 to bring the boiler up to Code and manufacturer recommended installation. It seems to me that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing and the installers were less than professional, smoking in my basement while working? After seeing other reviews, it is a wonder they are still in business. Sad, sad, sad!

This company was a nightmare from the get go. Our installation was stopped before completion even though we had no heat source. Once completed, install was faulty and we ended up with soaked carpets. Warranty service was non existent. Equipment had multiple issues and we have to replace entire unit. Their customer service is the worst.Would never recommend this company.

Terrible business etiquette. Paid over 16k for bechdel to put in upstairs and downstairs central air units in 2018, mind you the units are still under warranty. We have been without heat and ac for 6 months due to both of our units junking out. Multiple phone calls being dragged around and fed a sob story about how they have been so busy/parts are on back order. Called the manufacturer and they state no parts are back ordered/never ordered. The manufacturer asked for an order number, called bechdel and they said we will be SOL if we contact the manufacturer again. I have a family with young children and can not be without heat or ac. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere...read full review
