Melinda Feaster was an absolute gift to our family during a very challenging time. She helped my aging parents sell their home, which was a higher-priced property in an area with very few comparable homes—never an easy task. Throughout the process, my parents had many concerns and questions, and Melinda spent countless hours both on the phone and in person gently reassuring them and clearly explaining over and over again, every step of the process.
