Cooks Roofing was thorough, professional, and punctual. Though he did not even have to diagnose our old failing roof, Matt still crawled all through our attic to find points of failure in our old roof. Project manager Pat, owner Devon, and the install crew were considerate, hard working, and installed a beautiful new roof on our home way sooner than we would ever have thought. They patiently answered our many questions with experience. A great experience!
Roof was done in a day as estimated with all repairs done replacing bad boards etc. The soffit, fascia and gutter was all done in a timely manner with quality work done by all the professionals they had working! Old roof tore off, some rotten boards replaced, small roof tore off and rebuilt, roof was sheeted reroofed with shingles. Once started, job was completed quickly. Any and all questions were addressed immediately and fully. New gutters were installed and an old chimney removed. Very personable and easy to talk to and they made sure I was satisfied with what they did. They cleaned up everything. The price on everything was reasonable. I would use them again and recommend at least getting an estimate from them for your next roof job. Thanks Cook's roofing for making this whole process understandable and easy on our end.
