Jansma David R MD is a primary care practice with a friendly and efficient office. The staff is very kind, helpful, and patient, answering calls promptly without complicated phone systems. Dr. Jansma is a recommended PCP who is nice, friendly, and takes his time. He listens carefully to patients, reviews health records thoroughly, and addresses all questions without making anyone feel rushed. The office runs very efficiently, scheduling appointments easily and handling test results and medication refills in a very timely manner. Patients report a great experience and are happy to recommend this practice.
I haven't had a PCP in about 10 years, and with me approaching my 30's I figured I would look into getting a PCP. Dr Jansma was recommended by a coworker of mine. I had my first appointment with him today, and he was very nice and was very friendly to talk to. He took the time to listen about the past issues I had over the years and looked over my previous health records to make sure the same problems weren't lingering from when I was younger. Dr Jansma also took the time to double check things when I asked him if he noticed a difference. He caught some more earwax build up in my left ear compared to my right. I am so pleased with Dr. Jansma and his staff. The girls are so kind and helpful. I do not feel like I’m bothering them. My calls are answered promptly. I don’t have to push prompts over and over. I get to speak with them immediately.This is so rare now a days. They are more than (5) Stars as far as I’m concerned. My husband and I both have Dr. Jansma as our PCP. He takes his time and listens. He addresses any questions we gave. This is a great group!
