We had a wonderful experience with my cat Lexi. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. And this is definitely not Lexi‘s favorite place to be. Her anxiety levels are through the roof. But when she was taking back into the room, the vet tech was just awesome with her. Soft talk and very gentle is what she needed. And the doctor was equally awesome. Tried to make her feel as comfortable as possible. As traumatic as these visits are to Lexi it went very well. She was actually calm and very cooperative for the doctor and the Tech. They did a great job!!!
So sweet to my Tootsie! She is a rescue and they have helped us navigate her anxiety! Without there help she would be a handful to take care of! Love my baby so much! So blessed to have them!
