Kristin was great! I was super nervous about a mole that needed removed. She did a biopsy for me and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. It was a painless experience and everything was explained thoroughly. I had to switch dermatologists because of a change in insurance so I was nervous about going to a new place. But I had a good experience!! Currently waiting on biopsy results. Thanks again!
Great experience. I got a next day appointment, wait time in the waiting room was minimal the PA, Kristin Smith, and staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough. Thanks
They were 40 minutes behind schedule and never acknowledged their delay or apologized for it. I like many other people work so their delay impacts more than just me sitting there waiting to be seen. The staff at the desk are always talking amongst themselves and don’t pay much attention to the patient checking out. They are not friendly at all and made me feel like an inconvenience.
