Very organized. Lauren took me to the exam room and asked me some pertinent questions about why I was there. She accompanied Dr Thimons when he examined my skin problem areas. Dr Thimons examined those areas and positively assured me I had no worries. He answered my questions and gave me a printout what I was suffering from for my wife to read. Both Dr Thimons and Lauren were friendly made the visit very enjoyable. Dr Thimons suggested I visit the office once a year for any skin problems that might develop. The receptionist who greeted me had a smile on her face when she gave the questionnaire I had to sign. A nice friendly place. Even took my picture.
