It seems to be only customers who do not understand the system who are leaving terrible reviews. This is a very very helpful company, but they have to follow doctor and insurance rules. I found them to be pleasant, helpful, and very accommodating.
Linda and Megan are always willing to go the extra mile to help. My Cpap machine fell off of my night stand and was broken. I had previously purchased an extra machine from them and they had a spare part donated by a previous patient. Without the part I would not have the ability to breathe.
I have been going to the AdvaCare and Beaver for many many years. I have never had bad service there. I am unbelieving of the comments. My mother dealt with Linda and I have been seeing her for many years. She is the most kind, caring person and would go out of her way for anybody. I have seen her interact with a lot of people and have never seen her being mean or dismissive with anything.I have also dealt with the other girls there and Beaver when she’s out of the office and they are a great bunch.I would recommend them to anyone.
