Being able to let our now 2.5yr old Goldador out and not having to worry about her roaming all over our neighborhood is a great stress relief for my wife and I. We had our system installed a little over a year ago and have been nothing but pleased with it as well as the excellent customer service from Jim and his team. They provided quick responses during the quoting and researching stage as well as a timely installation. I can't say enough positive things about Jim and his assistants. I called with an issue with my existing electric fence and, in an effort to save us money, he began to rule out problems and tried a few options to see if the issue would resolve. Unfortunately for us, the issue started again and we had to replace our control box. He was reluctant to do this initially because of the cost..He made a few trips to our house to ultimately fix the unusual issue. Jim is fully committed to our satisfaction.
