Hello, I’m not very used to the idea of writing online reviews, but I felt the need to do so in this case because of the great work that Steri-Clean did for my family and me over the summer. Just to give you a context, my family faced the unexpected passing of our mother at the end of May. And while we were trying to put her final affairs in order, we discovered that the clutter of her apartment had gotten the best of her. She struggled to keep up with it, but when we looked at it upon her passing, it became obvious that we needed outside help. Steri-Clean to the rescue. Marc came out and walked through the apartment with us. He gave us an honest estimate and explained very clearly what he and his team could do, and what they couldn’t do. And much to our benefit, he arranged to have his work team come out before my mother’s lease expired so that we could leave the apartment in good shape for the landlord to rent it out in July. Note: Steri-Clean pulled all of this off during a supply shortage and a labor shortage, finishing the job in two days within the month before the lease expired. They pulled it off because of Kersten, Joe, Nick, Austin, and Vanessa. We asked them to view the task from the perspective of a landlord – i.e. clean the unit up so that it would be ready to rent out. But we also asked them to be sensitive about our mother’s possessions and even asked them to help us find our father’s ashes in the clutter. They did all of this and went above and beyond the call of duty when they found our father’s ashes on the last day of the clean-up. This process went so much more smoothly because of the team and their efforts. As a result, we cannot recommend Steri-Clean (most specifically Kersten, Joe, Nick, Austin, and Vanessa) enough if you have need of their cleaning services. They’re professional, discreet, sensitive, and they get the job done! Thank You!
