Paul Davis is a top notch company, they are friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic, professional and just very down to earth! They made one of the most horrible times in my life so much easier to handle!!!! If there was a higher scale than 5 stars they definitely earned it! Highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration!
Im still waiting for project manager to reach out. It’s been a week since mitigation with no call. Communication is everything. Different departments handle mitigation and reconstruction. Mitigation department was outstanding.
Service representative was prompt, courteous and thorough. He explained every step of the process, what we could expect and when and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with the service.
