I’m so very pleased with my new garage flooring by Nature Stone on 11/21/2025. The result is simply beautiful and an improvement over my old concrete floor, which was ugly, uneven with cracked paint. Hunter and Chris did an excellent job and were very pleasant and friendly in answering my many questions. Jeff Martinelli, the salesman, was courteous, friendly as we discussed all of my concerns about their services and pricing. It’s such a relief to see these qualities today. We got our flooring installed Oct. 2024 & on finish it was beautiful & definitely added to our home. But soon after the rocks began to chip & we noticed dents & uneven surfaces throughout the floor. We reached out via calls & emails only to not get any response. So although we have a warranty it is pointless if we can't get in contact with anyone to help the situation.
This is the second job that they have done for us. First was our 3 1/2 car garage floor that was done around eight years ago and now a back patio area. As you can see from the pictures, it turned out great! They even did the top of the walls that surrounded the patio as we requested!
Our salesperson Scott was very nice and easy to deal with. He was very thorough and made sure that we were getting exactly what we thought we were getting, as well as making sure that we were satisfied when the job was complete.
