Had one bad hair cut by someone who was new and didn’t realize it til after I got home. Called the shop to see if I could get a refund. They stated they don’t do refunds but they offered to fix it. Came in the next day and the manager fixed the hair cut for me. Thanks Stacy!

First time at this particular shop, since the one I usually go to had 13 people in front of me, and I didn't want to wait! ?. Walked in here and did 't even sit down - went right to the chair and got it done. Lady was personable and fast and did a great job on my haircut. Senior pricing is a nice thing, too. ?
