You can check in on the app or walk in, and you will see your wait time on the monitor, which is pretty on point. I received the cut I was looking for, and the stylist executed it pretty quickly.

Well I always try to get the same person at my age person don't want there hair out of place always great service I get a discount because of my age as well the people there always seem to be in good mood too...I like that my self...

Had one bad hair cut by someone who was new and didn’t realize it til after I got home. Called the shop to see if I could get a refund. They stated they don’t do refunds but they offered to fix it. Came in the next day and the manager fixed the hair cut for me. Thanks Stacy!
