Very helpful. We were able to see the camper we were looking at on line. It's a used camper and it was very clean. Looked closely at the inside and out. They had a good supply of RV needs.
My family and I had an amazing purchasing experience with RV Valuemart in Bethlehem, PA. Ann and Rich made the purchasing of our destination camper very easy and seamless. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy an RV. As well the service department helped in getting the big slide to work for us. Even our delivery driver Tucker, was patient and accommodating in helping us place the camper on our property. As being in the automotive industry myself, exceptional customer service needs to be recognized and they have it all from sales to service. Overall a 5 star experience from beginning to end. Maybe this should be a 5 star review but I can't quite get there. Marty our salesman was very nice. Did not pressure us in any way. I was disappointed that he forgot who I was when we picked up the new camper and were not called when were on our way with our trade, that there was some damage to the floor in our new camper that was caused during prep and the repairs would take some time.
We ended up spending a long five hours waiting for the repair to be finished. Marty though busy I'm sure spent little if any time communicating with us during the wait. We felt like he made the sale so he forgot about us again. The ladies in the office are amazing and were super friendly...read full review
