The absolute worst costumer service. Ever. You sent me a bill for the wrong address the wrong school district and the wrong social security number. Then made me wait for customer service for over 25 minutes for something that had nothing to do with me. It was your mistake. This business should not be allowed to have this much power. Also No one wants automated technology when they have questions NO ONE
I wish you zero stars were possible. I mailed in a check for taxes 3 weeks before taxes were due, and I get the check back 2 days after taxes were due saying I didn't give them enough information, asking for more information and without giving me contact information.
HORRIBLE! The absolute worst! Mistake prone. Claiming I did not pay my property tax. I have confirmation delivery that they received payment. I spoke with them and they confirmed my check was received and processed. I have their receipt from them that my taxes are paid in full.
