HORRIBLE! The absolute worst! Mistake prone. Claiming I did not pay my property tax. I have confirmation delivery that they received payment. I spoke with them and they confirmed my check was received and processed. I have their receipt from them that my taxes are paid in full.
Is there a way to petition to get this business out of business? I believe they make it a point to not do their job but to put others through misery! Prayerfully, the superiors can see this review and help the company do better. I've also noticed that the turnover rate is the worst in the history of turnovers! Do Your Job and Stop Putting Tax Payers Through Hell!
Berkheimer issued me a refund, then later claimed it was a mistake and billed me to repay it with an extra fee added on top. Frustrating to be penalized for their own error. Poor communication and accountability.
