I would highly recommend Allstate Septic. After being turned down by three local septic companies because our septic system was difficult to access, Allstate had the hose length and blower vac truck needed to accomplish the cleanout. In addition, Allstate responded within hours after my initial call. Their driver, Lou, was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very good experience and we will definitely use Allstate again.

AnnMarie set up my appointment. She was professional and super nice as she explained the pumping cost and procedure. Rocky M, who came to pump out my tank was also super nice and patient as he answered all my questions and showed me how the system actually worked. Thank you, team Allstate! Highly recommend.

We had an emergency situation with our circuit breaker continuously popping for our septic pump. They came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. We also needed to have the tank pumped, and discovered the access was buried underground. So a new riser/lid, new pump and electric lines, new tank alarm and new vents on the mound and we are good to go! They were courteous, professional and on time. I would highly recommend them for your septic needs!
