The place is beautiful and calming! The staff polite professional and accommodating . My massage was good, could’ve been better. I think the young man may have been tired an had a long day by noon. Overall my 1st experience was commercial; it definitely felt like a franchise not customer driven like other smaller spas I’ve been. It was a birthday gift and for that I’m thankful and grateful!

I had an excellent experience today. The front desk was efficient and pleasant, and my masseuse(Alex) was outstanding. I came in with a tension level of 10 and left at zero. She was professional, kind, and truly skilled. I highly recommend the Bala location.
