Had a great experience with massage from Tracey on 12/24 at the hand and stone on city ave. Really appreciate everyone (Elle, Kya, and Andrew) being so nice and willing to explain everything to (booking another visit, the membership program, tipping system). Thank you all!

I loooove the manager at the City Ave location. I love my esthetician as well. The front staff is always a pleasure. I appreciate the team. It means a lot to me. The team treats me respectfully, kindly, with honor. I typically loove my facials. Not so much my massages. I think I kist have to find a match. If you’re looking for a relaxing time. With many options, respectful staff. Come here. Not yo mention they have awesome options for skin care.

I neglected to get the lady’s name but she gave me the best massage I have ever had. Her hands are blessed. She worked out so much tension with her technique it was amazing. I look forward to going back. Thank you so much for your service and professionalism. You are amazing.The faculty is clean, calming, and relaxing. This is the place to get relaxed. ☺️?
