Went great from estimate to installation. George C provided prompt and comprehensive estimate (excellent communication and came by to personally check on progress) installation arranged and work done professionally and within a day! Installation team (John and his colleague) did nice job, cleaned up and took away old components. Note I have used Fchaab for all my heating oil and heat/ac service for over 10 years- very satisfied. Note I didn’t bid project ($7,000) as I checked range of similar installation costs and felt Haab gave a very fair price and will back up what they installed.
A huge shout out to the great service provided by your company. David was at our house last night, (very shortly after our call), diagnosed our problem, had the part on the truck, and we have heat! On this frigid morning, we are so grateful to your staff, especially David's expertise and kindness. Your treatment was gold! We have been more than pleased with the delivery, service and maintenance provided by FCHaab. Now customers for more than a few years, they have never left us down. We are lucky to have Lenny as an annual guest servicing the heater; he always makes sure I have some understanding of what he's doing, and he does this in a friendly, easy to understand manner. And also very importantly, heating is expensive; but, I have found that FCH offers the best value of all the area oil delivery and service companies. I highly recommend this company.
