Charlie thoroughly checked every crevice and gave us peace of mind! He carefully explained what needed repairs in the short vs long-term and how to shut off machines (e.g. boiler/water) in an emergency. He reassured us about the limited knob-and-tube wiring in the house we are now happily living in!
