We had a cabinet drawer that had defective rails or parts of the rail that caused damage to the drawer and the drawer didn’t close properly. It was out of alignment. I called Winwood in Greenvale and spoke to Frank. He was helpful and understanding. He sent a tech out to evaluate the situation. The tech replaced the appropriate parts with new and came with a new drawer. He fixed the problem and did not leave until he and I were satisfied. Here is the best part. Because the cabinets were not a year old yet, the repair was free. Great service and great company standing behind their product. Thanks guys.

Winwood is the most amazing company I have ever dealt with. These people are fabulous. I had purchased my home and had some damages on some of the drawers and cabinets. I had no idea how I was going to find replacements for theses drawers and cabinets. I went to numerous kitchen showrooms with no luck. We did a full renovation on our apartment 2 years ago. Our contractors recommended Winwood and we couldn't be happier with the result. We used the white shakers they are nice and simple. Cabinets have held up great after lots of use. Just recently we lost (don't ask how that happens!) one of the garbage bins for our garbage cabinet and we were able to order a replacement through Frank. We have already recommended Winwood to others and will continue to do so!
