I have passed this place a ton of times, but I'm glad I finally stopped in. The new patient paperwork is on their website, so you can print it, fill it out, walk in, and you'll be getting treatment in no time. I've only been a couple of times at this point, but I've been very happy with Dr. Duddy and his treatment, so I do not expect my review will change.
