Called Horizon last night about a plumbing issue. They scheduled a visit for today. They called when the technician was on his wax and emailed me his name, picture and tracking so I would know exactly who was coming. Kevin arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem. He gave me the estimate which I approved. He was able to get everything fixed and working again in a jiffy. Did a great job and explained exactly what he had done. He was very informative and friendly. My daughter uses them all the time which is why I called, and will not hesitate to call again. They are great to work with.
They notify you the day before service and prior to the tech’s arrival. They are on time, identify themselves, keep you aware of what is happening and create minimum disruption. Polite and professional.
Horizon has always exceeded my expectations. They installed a new A/C unit and furnace for me 4 years ago. Kevin came out and did my A/C preventative maintenance recently and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to teach me about my system and preventative maintenance. Horizon is the best!
